- What counts in website persual is not the "number" of clicks it takes to get somewhere, but how much thought is required in doing the clicking.
- Instructions should be unnecessary: The user should not have to "think" to begin with, much less read instructions. If instructions are necessary, they should be presented as simply as possible.
- Using tabs in page desing is very effective: It's a metaphor that works very well to make a connection between the "real" and the "cyber" world.
