Questions
Hey all,
I'm sorry my questions are late this week...I lost track of time and realized this afternoon I hadn't sent them in. Anyway, here they are:
- Killingsworth and Palmer present the ways in which the Environmental Impact Statement is not usable to its intended audience. In what ways could effective visual design play a role in making these types of documents more usable?
- In what ways can the Environmental Impact Statement be considered ideological? How does this line up with Barton and Barton’s description of ideology. Can B&B’s solutions be applied to functional documents?
- How might we link Freire’s article to Barton and Barton’s ideas of inclusion and exclusion?
